1.How is your understanding of the topic after doing the project? Understanding about digital media?
Now people use internet everyday,for me maybe cost 5 hours online evryday,sometime i think i cant leave the internet. Before i do the project just a audience,browse different websites. After doing the project, i understand do a website is not easy, it need use some software like photoshop, dreamweaver and flash and so on, these should be combined. In the previous class, i learned use these software, photoshop can design the picture,flash make it is more attractive. Dreamweaver is main tool to create website. Understand Design a website not just put some information, before do need think out what our target audience and objective, in order to create a better website. It is not only technology,but also use our mind to think.
Our subject name is digital media (as opposed to analog media),are usually electronic media that work on digital codes. For example, mobile hone, we are use it everyday, it become necessary tool, it means the digital media is very important in our life. It has wide range of applications.

2.What were the problems faced during the project? How did you/your team solve your group problems?
The problem is the team work, in the beginning we have 5 members,we are distribution the task, all work in progress. But when our leader contact Dimas Agil Dwi Putra and Sekar Ayu Anggayasti ask them how is work progress. They told the leader they drop this subject, that time is week 11, and they do not do any work. Finally, we just 3 member, we need do more and not much time. Fortunately, we have three people living together, We can better collaborate, so i do 2 person's job to create 2 websites. I think if someone don't like this subject,they need early to drop. Too late, it is effect other members.

3.What would you do differently next time?
Next time, first,i will complete the work early, do not wait until the last. Finally, i need do other person job and myself job is not finish, caused me a lot of pressure. Second, i need more attention during the class ,to avoid the difficult when i do the project, need more time to do the project. As a member, maybe i do not have the responsibility to contact other member, but i should help leader, not only do my work.

4.How is your motivation level?
Motivation is very important for do well project. For this project, i want get high mark that is my motivation. I know if like the subject, u will do it regularly and spend more time on it, so i try to like it, Photoshop is my best favorite, i use it to PS my photo, at the same time i learned how use. For the pressure moment, i through shopping and chat with friends to relax myself. After relax, i have a better state to complete work.

5.How was working with your group, team leader, tutorial group leader and Project Manager?
For group member, besides the 2 drop subject person, we are good friends, before the subject, we have already complete some subject together, and we are living together, so we worked out really well. For tutorial group leader, we just went through blog to communicate, no more contact. For project manager, he explained to us how to complete and teach us how to do well.

6.How was it working on the project?
During doing the project, it gives me a lot of experience and skills, for 2 person drop, i am unhappy, but it told me anything can happen, i should make ready. Even if the difficulty comes, i am not afraid. I learned use Photoshop,Dreamweaver and Flash. I enjoy the process that do project with my group members.

7.Update on what you have been writing previously

Update is necessary, because we lost 2 members,we re-allocation of tasks. Most of thing need change, one person need do 2 person's job. Although a bit difficult, but we completed very good.

8.How were your teammates & team leader?
Our team is good, we are only 3 person, we completed 5or 6 person's work. My teammate completed her part well, and active discussions, give some useful idea. Team leader is very important in a group, my team leader is very responsible person, She is fair that distribution of work, if we have problem, She make every effort to resolve. I am happy with them.

9.Personal evaluation of your own effort and that of your team
I am willing to do more, I just want to do our project well, I search information,design 2 website and do individual report, when my teammate have problem during create website, i am willing to help them. And give some idea to team leader. Other members also do paid a very good effort in order to done this final project perfectly. We give each other advice, it help our project well.
